Corporate history
The organization was incorporated in Delaware in 2025 under the name FTD Frontiers Neuroscience Inc. and changed its name to Kestrel Neuroscience Inc. by action of its board of directors. The IRS record for EIN 39-2228320 carries the current name.
Governance
Kestrel is governed by a board of directors, listed on our Leadership page, which retains ultimate control over all grants and contributions. Independent Scientific and Venture Advisory Boards advise the board and management. The fiscal year ends December 31.
